Bayleigh Sauerwald is an associate in the Transactions Practice Group of our Business Law Department and assists clients with a variety of corporate and transactional matters. She began her career at Foley & Lardner as a Summer Associate with our M&A team by conducting legal research, drafting transactional documents, and assisting with due diligence.
While in law school, she worked at a law firm specializing in real estate and served as a student attorney in the Criminal Law Clinic at Boston University School of Law, defending indigent clients from criminal charges.
