Katherine “Katie” Van Scoy is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Foley’s Milwaukee office, where she represents clients in complex business disputes.

Prior to joining Foley, Katie served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lynn Adelman and Brett H. Ludwig in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. While in law school, she received multiple Certificate of Merit Awards and recognition for pro bono service.
