Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to Hampton Golf-managed entities in their sale of three premier Florida private golf and country clubs to Heritage Golf Group.

MG Orender, co-founder of Hampton Golf, served as managing partner of the three involved properties — Plantation Golf & Country Club, Country Club of Ocala, and The Palencia Club.
