Foley Advises Swing Therapeutics on Sale to XRHealth
Foley & Lardner LLP advised Swing Therapeutics, a leading developer of digital therapies, on its sale to XRHealth, the leading platform for therapeutic technologies.
The acquisition adds Swing Therapeutics’ FDA De Novo-authorized prescription digital behavioral therapeutic Stanza program to XRHealth’s existing behavioral health and chronic pain capabilities, deepening the platform’s reach into two of the most underrated conditions in the country: fibromyalgia and chronic pain. The combined infrastructure deploys across VR glasses, smartphones, and wearables to deliver continuous, personalized whole-patient care reimbursed via Medicare, VA programs, and commercial insurance pathways.
The Foley team served as legal counsel for health care regulatory issues and was led by partner Thomas (T.J.) Ferrante, vice chair of the firm’s nationally recognized Health Care Practice Group, and included support from associates Bradley Henson and Chana Gandelsman.
