Overview

Kelsey C. Boehm is an associate and litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Kelsey is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice. She has experience assisting Foley’s clients in a wide array of complex commercial litigation matters including class action defense, contract disputes and internal investigations.

During law school, Kelsey was a summer associate with Foley. She also has served as a judicial intern for the Wisconsin Supreme Court where she conducted legal research and drafted memoranda to prepare the Justices for oral argument. In addition, she worked in the legal department at Fiskars Brands – a manufacturer of consumer and commercial products for the home, garden and outdoors – at their national headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin. At Fiskars, she gained familiarity with a variety of areas of the law including contracts, intellectual property, antitrust, litigation, international compliance and products liability.
