Jon Gabriel is a seasoned corporate lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP providing pragmatic, business-oriented advice to public and private companies and private equity and venture investors in a wide range of industries. He focuses on complex mergers and acquisitions and venture and growth equity financings. Mr. Gabriel also advises growth companies, from start-up and early-stage through public offering or acquisition, on formation, financing, strategic transactions, cross-border, equity and executive compensation arrangements, corporate governance, and other matters.

Community Engagement
Mr. Gabriel is a leader of the efforts of Foley & Lardner LLP’s Boston office as part of the firm’s national partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, supporting the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work of the youth development organization’s Boston-based clubs. He also serves on the board of overseers and as vice chair of the governance committee of the South Shore Conservatory. He has previously served on the board of directors of South Shore Habitat for Humanity and as a consultant to the Center for Women & Enterprise, through which he provided pro bono advice to small businesses and start up entrepreneurs.
