Elizabeth is a senior counsel and intellectual property lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. She advises companies of all sizes on development and commercialization of intellectual property assets and regularly drafts and negotiates software license, professional and consulting services, nondisclosure, data security, service level, marketing, and cloud computing agreements. Elizabeth is a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions & Outsourcing Practice.
As former corporate counsel for a membership-based retail chain, Elizabeth has experience finding creative and practical solutions to complex business challenges. In this role, she monitored developing areas of the law and educated business groups on managing risk and capitalizing on opportunities relevant to company operations. She also served as a strategic adviser to senior management and provided legal guidance relating to data security, privacy, marketing, intellectual property, product development and manufacturing in support of the company’s business objectives.
