Heather’s investor-side practice includes representing venture capital funds, private equity firms, family offices, and other institutional investors in their investments in emerging growth companies, including venture and growth equity transactions. She also has experience advising on the structuring and formation of venture capital funds, enabling her to support clients across both sides of the investment lifecycle.
