Foley & Lardner LLP represented DealerOn, Inc., a website and digital marketing company serving the retail automotive industry, in a strategic partnership with private equity firm NexPhase Capital, LP.
The transaction, which was announced on January 6, 2020, will support the continued growth of DealerOn’s website platform and the digital marketing services provided to automotive dealerships. Since its founding in 2004, the Rockville, Maryland-based DealerOn has secured over 3,500 dealership partners and grown to 350 employees.
Partners Tom Spillane and Chris Cain led the Foley team, which also included associates Trevor Currie and Shannon Lins.
