Foley Represents Eagle Fire and Majority Owner Rosewood in Sale to Cobepa

Foley & Lardner LLP advised Eagle Fire and its majority owner, Rosewood Private Investments, on the sale of Eagle Fire to Cobepa S.A., a privately held investment company.

Founded in 1987, Eagle Fire is a mission-critical service provider across complex, non-discretionary end markets, including education, data centers, and health care. The company offers a comprehensive suite of regulatory-driven fire and life safety services, including testing and inspection, service, repair, retrofit, and system installation. Eagle Fire serves more than 4,500 customers annually across seven states in the southeastern United States.

With Cobepa’s investment and resources, Eagle Fire aims to accelerate its track record of both organic and inorganic growth. Rosewood Private Investments remains a meaningful investor in the business following the sale.
